New Laptop Cpu turns off during gaming unless Turbo Boost is disabled..

Recently, I upgraded my laptop from a i3-3110m to a i7-3740qm. Whenever I have Turbo Boost active it will reach 94-100C after 5 minutes and shut down. I can do everything fine without Turbo Boost on so I don't know whats the problem. I tried re-applying my Thermal Paste and cleaning the heatsink.

My first guess would be that you did not upgrade the heatsync when you upgraded to a hotter cpu.
