New laptop for 144hz monitor

Hi all,

Probably been asked numerous times before, but here goes.

I plan on buying a new gaming laptop and had my eyes on this MSI model:

And I will hook it up to my Benq Zowie XL2411P monitor:

1) Concerning fps (i know the higher, the better) Will this laptop get me high enough fps to play online shooters (like csgo) fluently?

2) Will I be able to get 144hz when connecting the laptop to my monitor? I'm guessing by displayport cable? (laptop has mini dp and monitor has regular dp)

Display Port should do it.

Seems like a fine laptop choice for the price.

1060 for csgo is fine, but not powerful enough for AAA titles, I will suggest this instead for the similar price:

this one has mini DP and should do 144hz 1080p just fine.
