Solved! New laptop underperforming

So i just bought a new laptop which is an Asus FX553 with specs of
I7 7700
Nvidia Gtx1050ti 4gb
4gb ddr4

Im having problems with games.
Overwatch at max settings having 35-45 fps only and changingthe settings to low wont help(also the characters dont load at the start of the game)

GTA5 has the same problem but with lesser fps around 1-35 fps

Please help

Possibly a bad storage device if things aren't loading.

You only have 4gb of ram. Thats not enough for those games.

Agreed, you should have bare minimum 8gb if not 16gb ram.

I am betting if you open the task manager durring gameplay you will be using 93% of more of memory.
