New Phillips flat screen tv will not pick up more than one channel .

Our new tv will not pick up more than one channel with the antenna and converter box. How do we resolve this? It is inferior to our old clunky set.

A new TV should need a convertor box to get a signal from the antenna. Connect the antenna wire directly to the TV set, and scan for the channels.
