Please find me a GOOD/GREAT/EXCELLENT wifi router that can accommodate up to 8 devices in my house and will last at least 5 years.

Without knowing which country you live in, I couldn't recommend a product. I will, howver, save you some money by suggesting you don't look for an eight port router.

Go for a more standard four and a switch with six ports. Switches are cheaper than routers.

Even the cheap router my ISP provides and insists on its use, quite happily handles six during a busy day in my repair shop here in England. Look for the motto MIMO when looking at specs. That will give you a good idea which to look for.
