Solved! New Seagate 1tb issue

My original hdd in sony laptop went down. I purchased a Seagate 1tb. Went into it via old laptop with vista and usb enclosure. Went into compmgmt and formatted the new hdd and after format, I copied windows 10 iso to the drive but after installing the new and booting, no windows loading

your post is confusing, so I may not have answered your question.

You have to create a win10 disk to install, you cannot just add the iso file to the new drive. also if the computer came with vista, there is always a possibility it is not compatible with win10.

what is the full model of the sony laptop?
