New youtube feature - want to disable

Normally when a video starts up in 360p and then you switch it to 480p+ it will switch to a more expanded view of the video. Now for me it does not automatically do that anymore and then when i do click expand, it goes to this PoS view:

This just happened after installing FF 4.0 and a new version of adobe flash. I have tried downgrading both FF and flash with no luck. It still works normally in chrome and IE. I don't wanna have to switch browsers for this, but i will 100% do so to get my youtube back to the way i want it. So how the *** do i switch back to the older, but unsurprisingly, better version of youtube. Thanks.

Hi yeah try to update your browser that you are using or you can also try to uninstall it then install it again because maybe some error occur while you are installing it. Anyway here is the list of updated version of browser that you can download:Mozilla Firefox 4.0, Google ChromePlus , Internet Explorer 9 and Opera 11. Hope I did help you somehow.
