I’ve charged it (it shows the little battery @ 100%) then the name of my tablet (nextbook) continues flashing over and over etc that’s all it does! It won’t go to home page like it’s suppose to...

WHATS WEONG W IT AND HOW CAN I FIX IT?

Please do not type in all caps.

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. If it does, then you have something on the tablet that is interfering with it loading normally. Bad app, virus, malware, etc. This would have to be removed to get it to then working correctly.

If, however, it won't start up even in "Safe Mode", then you are looking at either doing a "Hard Reset", which will wipe the device and return it to the way it was when originally purchased, or have a tech look at it for hardware problems.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
