Nextbook won't charge, start

I had my Nextbook for 2 months when it quit working. Nothing. Wrote Nextbook and they were going to send brand new one until they found out I bought it off Ebay. Factory wrapped unopened. Can anyone tell me how to get it to work. Worked fine, got new update and quit after that. thanks,

Have you tried a different charger? Also it is possible the battery is toast.
