nexus 5 + powerbank Amperage

HI,
I recently bought a powerbank to charge my nexus 5, and it has two output ports. One with 1.0A and the other with 2.1A.

The charger that comes with trhe phone has 1.2 A (nexus 5 charger specs.).
What port should i use in order to not damage the battery?

Use the 1A output. The 2.1A out is for the Nexus tablets.

No.....that would be charging at a higher rate.
