Nexus 7 trade for an ASUS 1215N netbook: yay or nay

My friend is offering to trade me his dual-core Intel Atom D525 1.8 Ghz 4 GB DDR2 RAM 250 GB hard drive Asus 1215 netbook for my 16 GB Nexus 7.

Both the electronics are used.

Is this a good trade? Should I go through? I kind of need a laptop seeing how the closest one I have to functioning is a 2004 iBook G4.

It is an okay trade... Personally, I'd try to get a bluetooth keyboard for the Nexus instead of getting the older netbook, but since money is a constraint, the trade isn't a bad deal.
