Nikon Coolpix S9400 vs Canon Powershot ELPH 330HS?

I just purchased the Canon for $130 w/ 8Gb SD card and case. I can get the Nikon today for $150. I am not sure if I should switch this out and get the Nikon. I like the fact that the zoom is much bigger, but I want to make sure it will not take inferior pictures to the Canon.
I will be using the camera for:

• 
  ■scenic picture shots (landscapes)
  ■nighttime shots
  ■indoor concert pictures from a distance
  ■sightseeing
  ■group photos
  ■HD videoing

Please let me know which is better in your opinion either from in depth reviews or own experience. Thanks.

They give a slight edge to the Canon (54 vs. 51).
However the Nikon S9500 gets a more favorable review than the Canon ELPH 330HS (91 vs. 54) but it is $100 more depending on where you shop.
