No access to old mobile number

Facebook is trying to send a verification code to an old mobile number of mine, I can't find any way around this and the account is blocked, anyone know of a work around?? I need this account as it's linked to my business page.

You need to work this out with Facebook.
There is nothing we out here can do for this.
