No Audio Output Device is installed on HP 15-e047sa laptop

Hi, my laptop is HP Pavilion 15-e047sa yesterday the sound went off and i tried everything i know to try to restore it reinstalled the drivers even reinstalled windows it just keep saying no audio output device is installed is that a hardware problem?

Could be.
Did you install chipset drivers?

Yes every h/w driver is installed and working correctly expect for sound, i even added the Realtek driver as legacy device on Device Manager but still nothing
