No boot, no bios, screen doesn't turn on HELP!

My laptop (asus x501a) won't boot and the screen doesn't turn on after i changed BBS prioriteit to "disabled" in my bios.

When i push the power my laptop screen doesn't power on, it keeps off. My fan and processor are working and after 5-10 sec. the HDD turns off.
Help, please?

Hi,

You might want to reset the BIOS setting as this problem could be the result of the the changes you last made. To reset BIOS setting, remove the battery and AC adapter. Take the CMOS battery out and put it back in after couple of seconds that should reset your BIOS into default.
