Hi! Can anyone help me? We tried to reset our toshiba satellite click 10 however after the reset and restart, i only got black screen with an error message no bootable device -- please restart system. Please help.. Thank you..
instead of F8 on boot, you can go to BIOS and go to the Boot menu and change priority to your USB restart. and your laptop will try to boot from your USB first. make sure your 2nd is the original boot OS drive.
I TRIED CTrl+alT+del Then press f2.. BUT when i was redirecteD To tHE BIOS SETUP, There ARE NO TABS SHOWN ON THE Left SIDE.. CAN U PLEASE HELP ME HW To fix this?
when you said "reset". did you mean back to factory settings?
if it was a forced reset/shutdown, you may have most likely interrupted a windows update/installation. this causes the system boot record to get corrupted.
if your laptop has a builtin recovery uefi, try pressing F8 during boot and select "recovery os" or something like that.
the usb/dvd will be your recovery software to try to fix this.
let me know if you are able to go to the windows recovery screen and ill guide you on the next steps.
as for the BIOS. i am not sure what you are saying tho. it sounds like your monitors resolution is smaller than your BIOS screen... your graphic setting in your laptop mustve gone bad for some reason as well.
yes sir. reset to factory settings.. WE did it by going tO SETTINGS AND FINDING THE RESet BUTtON To restore factory setTings..
i have downloaded tHE INSTALlATion media BY GOING TO THE Link you have provided sir. then i copied it tO A FLash drive and attACHED TO MY Toshiba satelLite click 10.. then i tRIED To ctRL+ALT+DEL WITh F8 but it STill REDIRECTed me tO THE BLACK SCREEN WITH ERROR MESSAGE no bootable device -- please restart system.
