Solved! no bootable device

after trying to rest my acer notebook which failed to reset now i held on f2 severally and went to the setting and chose legacy boot now my lapto says no bootable device

If it wiped windows you don't have a bootable device. You'll need the Windows CD or USB plugged in and make sure they're set to boot before the hard drive

i tried resetting my acer aspier onc cloudbook a01-431-c8g8 but the reset didnt work now my notebook wont power on after the acer logo pops up i dont even see the rotating circle then its goes off and comes again whiles the power button stays on
