no button dvd slot, but has optical drive in specs

My Asus laptop says it has a super multi dvd, but there is no button in my dvd slot. Please help, immediately need it.

It may be one that just requires you to push in on the drive door slightly, which then will cause it to open.

I've already pushed it, yet still nothing happened. Have any other suggestions for opening it?

Can you open it via software, try double clicking the drive icon and see if it pops open or you can right click the drive icon and select "eject".

If there is a small hole in the door you can straighten a paperclip, push it in the hole until the tray slides out.

That is extremely odd. If there is a drive there should be a button or the ability to push it and get it to open. Unless it isn't a drive but a place where a drive could be.

Actually there is no other drive except the OS and there is no eject if I right click it. One more thing, beside the DVD slot there is this small rectangular hole, and when I pushed a straighten clip, nothing happens.

No.. There is just the OS and when I right click it there is no eject. The model of my laptop is Asus X441URK. Hope you guys could find a solution to my problem 🙁(

If there is no DVD listed in the computers info, and no button, then I am going to assume there is no attached drive.
