no enhancement tab to change to high quality sound

for some reason on my HP touch screen desktop when i click on sound then speakers and then i don't see an enhancement tab there. I know that there is an enhancement tab because i have an hp laptop that uses the same thing but for some reason theres no enhancement tab. Btw im trying to change the audio to high quality

well yes they are a realtek high definition audio and enhancement tab isn't in the options when you go to sound and the click speakers.

um i only have 1 touchscreen computer and its an hp desktop

oh wait i see what you mean i have one laptop but right now i don't have that laptop but its not touchscreen but this one is touchscreen and its a desktop

the laptop is an hp laptop not touchscreen but i don't have that one here. The touchscreen desktop is the one im using right now

like the same setting on both computers cause if yes idk because that laptop was windows 8.1 and it broke

My guess is your new touchscreen don't support it.
