No ESPN on Ch 206

I am unable to receive ESPN or CNN or my local channels on one of my
receivers. The signal strength shows 95 on transponder 1 and no signal found
for transponder 2 when I do a signal test. The spokesperson at Direct told
me it may be the LNB. Well I switched receivers and it works in room where
my other receiver is located. I switched the cables at the LNB and still
results are the same. Anyone have any suggestions as to what may be the
problem.

I know Espn blacked out the west coast this morning during Wimbledon Tennis
coverage.This was on Directv and Cband.
