Question Toshiba 49UL5A63DG - no picture, just sound, only on DVBT

I have a problem with my Toshiba TV. Once set up, the TV works normally for 2-3 weeks. Then the picture disappears. Only screen graphics are displayed like EPG, it is sound and no picture. Signal has a very good strength and quality. The image is lost only on DVB-T, it works on HDMI or VOD. Deleting all channels and searching for them again does not help. The only solution is a factory reset, another tedious configuration and after some time the image is lost. What could be the reason?

try updating the firmware, other than that your DVB-T receiver might be faulty

Unfortunately, there is no newer firmware than installed on tv. Mainboard was replaced in aurthorised service of Toshiba. I suspect, that the problem may by in software or I have a bad luck and second mainboard is faulty too.
