no factory reset?

so my laptop wont start but when i press f9 i only have two options first is windows 7 (that's what it says nothing else) and the second is memoty diagnostic, so how to factory reset? its asus k53e laptop. is there a way thru bios?

i forgot to say, when i go on first option (windows 7) it starts startup repair.
