Hello techies,
Some of our win 10 computers are not getting connected to the internet until we restart it. even though its working if i changed proxy settings from automatic to manual.
note:most of the computers are working well with auto proxy settings.

Solution
Open Event Viewer on a computer that is working/connecting as it should and do the same on one of the five computers that are not connecting as they should.

Compare the logs - make take some time and be a bit tedious at first. Especially as you may need some time to learn your way aroundc the logs.

Look for some difference in the informational, warning, and errors codes.

For example: some process that failed on non-connecting computer but started on a connecting computer.

When internet connection(s) fail what error messages or pop-up windows are being presented?

Are you sure that your router has a sufficient range of available DHCP IP addresses and that there is no limit on the number of allowed devices?

Check the various device IP addresses and verify that your router is correctly configured to allow the number of devices that are expected to be connected.

when internet connection fail its just saying "this site cant reached" and asking to check connection, proxy and firewall.yes,we have enough ip address available in Dhcp and all those 30 computers are configured by static ip address.even if i removed static ip its receiving ip address but unfortunately internet wont work until it restart.

Please clarify: when the internet connection is lost is it lost for just some Windows 10 computers or all 30 of the computers?

And you restore the internet connectivity by restarting the router? Or the individual computer?

Are you using any firewalls?

Key is to determine where and why in your network the connection to the desired site is being stopped or blocked.

Sketch out a network diagram showing all devices, their assigned IP addresses. Look for some common point with respect to the computers that cannot connect.

1.loosing connection for less than 5 computers out of 30.(even its showing connected and status shows internet access)
2.once restart computers its started working.
3.all computers are connecting with auto proxy configuration on browser(if i selected manual proxy and applied proxy on those computers which not working, it will work)

Probably some configuration setting in those 5 computers.

Carefully compare all the configuration settings that you can between one of those five computers and a computer that is working/connecting as it should.

Here is a link that may help you work through the process:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/ie11-deploy-guide/auto-configuration-and-auto-proxy-problems-with-ie11

Remember you can use "WIN" + "R" to open the Run Window. In the Open box type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes).

Carefully check all the various tabs, properties, LAN settings, etc.

Compare a computer that is working to a computer that is not working.
