Question No sound Arc Sony A8F and Denon X2300W

Hi! I have an Sony XBR-65A8F TV connected to a Denon AVR-X2300W receiver but I have the following problem:

I do not get sound directly from the TV or when using apps like Netflix and YouTube. The devices are connected to their respective ARC ports with a high-speed HDMI cable.
What should I do to solve this?

EDIT:

Yesterday disconnect all HDMI devices and just leave the ARC cable of the receiver to the TV and I got sound!

Turn off, connect everything and once again I had no sound.

Were the external sources connected to the TV?
Try connecting them directly to the receiver. That will give you the best possible audio quality too. ARC would only be used for the TV tuner and apps.
You may have to assign ARC to an input name in the receiver input menu in either case.

The problem is only with the TV tuner and applications (ARC)
