No sound coming from rear speakers on Pioneer VSX-521-K

Suddenly I have no sound coming from both rear speakers on my Pioneer VSX-521-K.
It was working OK about 3 or 4 days ago.I did a reset of the unit but still the same.

did you try doing a system restore to a point before this happened ?
