I'm watching Netflix on my smart tv (Sony Bravia), the sound is supposed to come through my Sonos speakers. When I start a show (almost always That 70s Show) there's no sound unless I press pause and play. Not sure if it's that show, my tv or the speakers. The sound is fine through normal TV channels or YouTube. It also doesn't happens every time I start a new episode. I'm pretty technologically illiterate so ELI'm a slow 5 year old please
If you use the TV internal speakers instead of the Sonos speakers does the same thing happen?
If it does then the problem is not the Sonos Speakers.
It could be your wifi or network connection, the TV app, or Netflix.
If you are using wifi then try a wired connection to your router.
Try changing your Netflix audio settings.
