My Proscan TV/DVD combo, hooked up soundbar, no sound, says my tv may be set to variable audio output, how do I change it to Fixed or Standard, can't find my user manual

Did you look online for the user manual? Or just go through the settings on the TV to find this? Should not be hard to find, there would be an audio options section.
