Hi everyone!
I've just acquired an Amazon Fire Stick Lite. It's plugged in my Samsung TV (model : UE32F6400AW) in HDMI 3.
I also plugged in my Blu-Ray player / 5.1 audio receiver (model : LG LHB625M) in my TV HDMI 2 ARC.
As a reference, Amazon Prime is pre-installed on my Samsung TV and sends multichannel audio to my LG receiver either via ARC or via OPTICAL without any issue. But if I try to do the same with Amazon Prime (or other apps) on my Fire Stick, whenever I try to play multichannel audio I either get no sound (Arc or optical) or only stereo.
I've tried multiple combinations of setting (PCM, DD, DD+) on both my TV and the fire stick but nothing seems to work. I've even tried using one of these to extract the audio, no luck.
The Fire Stick diagnostic page seems to say that everything should be in order.
Any ideas?
