Nokia phone charger voltage

My sister brought her Nokia cell phone from Europe but she forgot to take her charger. The voltage over there is 2220 volts. Cahn she use my phone charger (which I plud in a 110 volt outlet) to recharge her phone.

In regard to your question, as long as the outlet/charger are 110 volt and fits into the phone, it shouldn't be a problem.
