Hello, Battery does not seem to be charging after being plugged in for over two hours. Phone is only 3 weeks old.

With a phone that is new you should take it into the store you bought it from and get it fixed or have them replace it. You don't want to wait past 30 days because it's always easier to return an item or replace it before the 30 days runs out.
