Hi, I am running VMware Station in my computer and I have installed Window Xp Sp3. What cause the CPU ultilize is very high and jump back and forth? Is it a normal on only VMware station? What is your suggestion and solution? Do I download any patch? Thank you tri_chi_w@hotmail.com

VMWare can be quite intensive. Can you list your computer specs? It may be underpowered.
