Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to press the Windows key + P at the same time and select between Extended or Duplicate display then press Enter.
- If it will not work, do make sure that the TV input is set to HDMI not PC.
- Next to try if it will still not work is to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver of the laptop.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the GPU.
- Once done, download and install the graphics driver from the manufacturer site.
- Here's the link:
http/www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the TV will work or not.
