Not able to login into Facebook

I was using facebook on my smartphone. suddenly it log out from that device. now when I try to login it from same phone but it asking me authentication code to login. Now I do not get any code from facebook . I have already contacted to facebook but not got any help . I am frustrated now that how can I access my account . Please help me if any one have idea.

Like using the app
or using it through a browser
or by trying it on a computer.

Thanks for our reply ,
I have tried on my phone as well on my pc but everytime it ask me to enter authentication code.
I have upload my valid id proof still I am not getting any response from facebook.
