Not able to use hotmail or outlook

Hello guys and a happy new year

I have a problem while I'm trying to enter Hotmail or outlook just from my pc from any browser. I can access Hotmail from the other computers that are connected to my network the problem is just my computer.

Firefox message:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

What to do guys?? I tried disabling my bitdefender antivirus firewall but nothing happened.

Did you check if you had a proxy server?

Click Tools > Options... > Advanced > Network > Settings > select No proxy > click OK.

Are you having trouble connecting to other secure sites (https)?

- Open the main Bitdefender interface and go to Settings (upper right corner);
- From there, click on Privacy Control;
- Select the Antiphising tab;
- Switch Scan SSL to OFF;
- Close the Bitdefender interface and check if the issue persists.
