Not connecting USB Flash driver

Hello guys! I have Acer Iconia B1-710 and I just bought
universal Micro USB Male To Female OTG Cable

Problem is, then I connect my usb to tablet nothing happens, maybe you know how to fix it?

Without the aid of an app, Android devices can recognise only FAT32 volumes, so maybe your pen drive is NTFS?
