Notebook help please

I have a everis windows 10 notebook Model: E2003. I had done a reset once done it would turn of on its own every 15min. Then it started freezing I switched it of when I turned it back keyboard wasn't working so I couldn't get to main screen as I couldn't do password. Notebook had shut down again but power button stayed on black screen I can't turn it off or on. I have tryed charger no light. And it don't have a removal battery.

Seems the motherboard is dead. Is it in warranty? If it is, contact where you bough it or the laptop vendor for support.

I have only had note book for a month still in warrenty but I've lost receipt also brought from warehouse

just got mine back from Warehouse....wouldnt charge..2 mths old. .motherboard replaced.
You got bank/credit card statement showing purchase ?

Its your battery bro, i had the same problem. Fixed it by replacing it with a make-shift cellphone battery. . . Works like a charm.lol Just doesnt hold charge for long unplugged.
