Hello there,
so, I have an ASUS ultrabook with an i7, GEFORCE GT 635M (2gb) with 8 GB RAM.
Thing is, I have no idea why I'm having massive issues with running games, even light ones.
I have a PC from 2011 with lower configs and it runs Rocket League very smoothly, but the notebook, with those configs, runs it very bad (graphics and sound).
I installed Geforce drivers and even the Geforce experience software and used the option to optimize the games for the computer. STILL, the games run terribly.
So what I'm thinking is that, maybe, the integrated graphic card (Intel) is being used, even though I selected the NVIDIA one to be used. That's what I'm guessing, although I'm not sure. It doesn't make any sense, really.
The keyboard gets VERY hot, also.
Any guesses about what could be happening?
Thanks!
