Novatium Forstar Mini Laptop Problem

I have a Novatium Forstar Laptop with inbuilt Ubuntu OS installed. I have formatted all the partitions & reinstalled Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit in it. But after installing Win 7 I am unable to open or work on the OS. Whenever i start it shows "starting" message on the screen. I can't even access the BIOS, It will be great help if anyone could help me in this regard, thank you

You get what you pay for.
It seems these "laptops" are custom-made to support a particular service, in the way Chromebooks are, and are crippled NOT to work with Windows.

even though please post some exact solution that work..............i tried all booting using other linux file tried win 7...... but still same ....... it show .--
