After all the lying before congress about the data NSA collects I seriously hope noone believes this bs. "When Federal agencies discover a new vulnerability in commercial and open source software — a so-called 'zero day' vulnerability ... — it is in the national interest to responsibly disclose the vulnerability rather than to hold it for an investigative or intelligence purpose." Stuntex, the US/Israeli virus used multiple zero days vulnerabilities to spread!
