nvidia 630m turns on frequently

Hello,
after installing latest nvidia drivers on my laptop (I tried different versions), my graphic card turns on frequently and when it suddenly turns on for like 1s, a small lag can be felt and it is very annoying. This doesn't happen with older driver versions. Even when I open start, graphic card switches for 1s (I have led that indicates integrated or nvidia is being used). I don't know if there is any hidden option or this driver is just not good for my laptop. in nvidia global settings preferred card is integrated. Any help would be appreciated

GeForce Game Ready Driver V. 365.10 (driver version in device manager: 10.18.13.6510) (this one is buggy)

GeForce Game Ready Driver V. 359.06 (driver version in device manager: 10.18.13.5906) (this one works good)

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Download and install the latest driver once completely uninstalled.

- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do set Nvidia as the default GPU.

Did this. still every time I open start menu, lag appear and high performance graphic card is on for a second.
