Hello everyone,

I am in the market for a new laptop for college and have narrowed the search down to two models. I am torn between two machines mainly because of the graphics setups offered on each. In the MSI model it has a newer card but less VRAM, and in the Aorus model it has Dual GPUs and more VRAM but older cards. I am not concerned with the other specs of the machines as much because they are essentially the same. So what I would like to know is which model would have better performance overall in comparison.

Here are the two laptops I have narrowed down my search to:
MSI GS70 Stealth-608 (Single GTX 965M 2GB)

Aorus X7v2-CF3 (Dual GTX 860M 4GB)
http://amzn.com/B00XRI2ABO

Any suggestions for better laptops in the $1500-$1800 price range are greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I ended up buying the MSI because it was slightly cheaper and lighter and had a newer processor. I also didnt want to deal with the inherent issues that come along with an SLI setup because not all games support it. Anyway, the most demanding game I'll be playing is probably Skyrim or Battlefield 3, and it handles them amazingly so Im happy. Thanks for the input though. :)
