Nvidia gtx 560m is lagging in games.

i have an asus g74sx laptop, but insome games, like CS:GO im getting a constant choppy 30 frames, sometimes freezing, but yet i play gta v single player, and i can get easily 60 fps. please help its very irritating! the video card is up to date and all the shaders in nvidia control pannel are on low, thanks in advance, dan.
