Solved! Nvidia make the window crash at normal boot

I've a problem with my lenovo z5070 laptop.
The windows boots normally only if i set the graphics mode intge bios is UMA that make the device detect only the integrated intel graphics.
But when using descrete mode in bios to detect both intel and nvidia at normal boot windows crashes but if i opened it in safe mode it boots ok and detects the Nvidia driver without any problem.

It call a dedicated gpu, not external video card.

my question is according to what he's saying he has INTEL and NVIDIA video cards in his laptop.
I look up the model and it states in the specifications : Intel HD Graphics 3000, so where does he get details about an NVidia video card ?
it has to be an external video card no ? no matter what you prefer to call it, I am speaking physical location , either inside laptop or plugged on a board with its own power supply connected to the laptop as an external device.

It the same as desktop, Intel have iGPU, AMD have APU, and sometime they get a dGPU for better graphic performance.
