Which would be better at streaming if I get the keyboard dock for Asus transformer prime?

What kind of streaming are you talking about? Games or movies/tv shows?

What kind of streaming are we talking about here? Game or movie? If it's game streaming, the Shield is the only device that can do that, but your PC must have an NVIDIA GPU. But while the Shield has full Android 4.3, it's pretty much just for gaming. Doing anything else with the device would be very limiting because of the screen.
