Hi guys, sorry for my bad english. So, i was reset my laptop a few days ago and i want to update my geforce experience because it's still currently running on version 2.5.0. I heard from the internet that i have to update manually because my version of geforce experience is too old. Then, i downloaded the latest version which is 3.6 something and installed it. After finish installing, i update my driver through geforce experience, but it cannot update. It said "unable to connect to nvidia, please try again". I open the C:\ProgramData and go to nvidia corporation, but inside the folder there is no Netservice folder. And I just realized that the nvidia icon tray is not normal. When i right click it, the nvidia control panel shows 2. So, now i really don't know why, can somebody help me? Thank You

Solution
Go here and download the driver for your computer.

http://www.geforce.com/drivers

When you run the installer, You'll get to a part where you choose the stuff you want to install like the Geforce Experience, the drivers, the HD Audio drivers, and PhysicX driver, etc. There should be a checkbox that say "Do a clean install or something close to that" Check that and then continue.

THat should remove any weirdness with the old drivers and your computer.
