[citation][nom]ct1615[/nom]obama didn't hear? we passed a law stating you need a USA birth certificate to get a new phone....one more year with this clown....one more year.....[/citation]

He has one. Get off it already...

I'm really getting sick of people putting all the blame on the president for issues that CONGRESS and THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES are screwing up. Remember, he can't prevent them from botching a good bill unless he just vetoes the entire bill (which may do more harm than good). At least he didn't drive us into the longest war in American history with no clear plan of action and no way out. Stop blaming one man for the actions of many.

The REAL problem is the bipartisan system. It's fatally flawed, and it will bring his country to its knees. There isn't a politician in the US that hasn't been essentially bought and paid for by some companies lobbyist. It's kind of sad that even government teachers in high school tell you not to vote for a 3rd party because you're wasting a vote. The Democratic and Republican parties weren't here at the beginning, and they shouldn't have permanent presence here if they are unable to hold the people's best interest above their own personal benefit or the benefit of big business.

I'm not a democrat or a republican. I'm a f*cking American, and I'm getting really sick of this stupid Sh!t.

Oigh, and I forgot to mention the insane amount of class warfare he has implemented. He does not believe in everyone improving their life, but rather sharing the pain/sacrifice of being poor. Listen to his speeches:

- Rich evil
- Poor taken advantage of
- Everyone should be miserable.

Relax.... I see your point, but keep in mind not every Republican fits the exact mold of "Republican" and not every Democrat that of a "Democrat". There is a spectrum of beliefs and attributes within each party, plenty to satisfy any voter, it just takes more research. They just need to associate with a party for visibility.

I am so sick of people on the right bitching about the President on trivial crap. I too thought the white house would have all kind of gadget and gizmos...the best of the best, so yes I am surprise that it does not. This is also a very old article that was posted on another site. Who cares, it was a silly conversation and nothing else. I would have thought the white house had a tech room that would blow about anything MI-6 (James Bond shit) could come up with, but again reality meets fantasy. As for as the birthers...keep it up and watch rational people move away from your candidates and vote for the person you hate so much. Do not be stupid. Stick to the issues and maybe you guys might take back the white house. Stick to the bullshit and most likely you will not.

I am so sick and tired of this manchild. At least McCain would have been an unremarkable President. This idiot is trying to crash the U.S. economy. And if I hear about how great China is one more time...

The man is well credentialed, not intelligent! Finally, you birthers need to get a life. Attack him on his stupid policies and lies. The reason he doesn't want to release his long form birth certificate is obvious. A certificate of live birth doesn't contain information like HIS RELIGION!!!

[citation][nom]fball922[/nom].If anything, the reason he is so hush-hush about his birth certificate is because his religion is likely listed as Muslim.Anyway, Allen West 2012![/citation]
Religion is listed on birth certificates? How do they know what religion I will choose when I am born?

[citation][nom]acadia11[/nom]he's doing fine, the guy regardless of what you state, has had actually a pretty stellar performance> yes, the debt grew but most of that was under the former president, including the bailout , which covered the 2009 budget, as well as Obama including the cost of both the Afghan and Iraq wars which Bush did not. Finally, he's actually stuck by the middle class , and compromised with the GOP who refuses to compromise, example, the GOP talks about debt, the bush tax cuts from '06 and '10 were never funded, we never had the money, and set to expire this year, Obama proposed extending them to 98% , and letting them expire for the top 2% (basically the ultra-wealthy), that approach cost us $200 billion for the next 10 years, the GOP refused to sign off stating the already extremely wealthy need even more tax cuts (although 25 years of tax cuts for the rich has proven to do nothing for an economy, Reagan raised them every year after his first because his trickle down economics were disasterous), but extending those tax cuts to the ultra-wealthy cost an addition $700 billion, 2% get $700 billion, I mean this is just Obama saying this is ridiculous go back to the Clinton era (a prosperous time) for the ultra-wealthy in terms of taxes, which is still far lower than what taxes have been. So, now that's a $900 billion tab, Obama had to make a choice, the middle class get's no tax cuts 98% and well the rich get none either but that does nothing to a guy worth $50 million , but a family worth $50 000 a year makes a huge difference, people say he caved, no he made a choice to help the middle class. NOw, the GOP wants to talk about budget, that continuation of tax cut for top 2% cost $70 billion for the next 10 years, and they were squabling over $39 billion, one simple decision could have saved nearly $1 trillion over the next 10 years? I don't see how the average person thinks they have anything in common economical with someone who is ultra wealthy, you don't. But, back to the point, Obama has attempted to implement everything he campaigned on, the GOP blocked a more comprehensive healthcare plan, that would have reduced cost significantly with a public option, by forcing competition, where there is none now, but they made it about "socialism" and "death panels" and you guys ate it up hook line and sinker, the end we get a less comprehensive bill that doesn't address the real needs, but Obama compromises so again the middle class get's something. Despite what you want to say here, are the facts about Obama,He turned around the deepest recession since the depression, far worse than anything Reagan faced, he reveresed the trend of increasing unemployment it get this 9 months, ended the recession (economy growing), and 18 months, decreasing unemployment numbers, and it's been 13 straight months of the US adding jobs, if you notice now, people are getting back to work, it took Reagan exactly 2 1/2 years to end his recession and 3+ years to see unemployment peak and start declining. People didn't like the way Obama handled Libya, let's see, he managed to not get us in a protracted war, had france of all people steup up take the lead, sent out some token missles, boom is letting the Libyan people deal with Ghadafi ultimately, if that were Bush we'd still be on the ground 10 years later, and don't tell me, all of sudden GOP'rs are budget minded, WAR is the most costly endeavor any nation can undertake, The ARt of WAR , wanrs against this as the nation destroyer not militarily but because economically it bankrupts the state, so bottom line, if you go to war get in and get out, and no you have victory before you do, or better yet, have a plan to win. Obama played it beautifully least cost to the US, but the show of force neccessary to turn the tide.Bottom line, this guy is extremely smart, and history will definitely state based on track record, he was on point. PS to show how perception has nothing to do with reality when it comes to measuring people, Jimmy Carter was listed as the 8th most conservative president ever, based on policy and governing, he was the only president to reduce the size of government, cut the dependence of foreign by half, and reduce nations debt, and stayed out of every foreign war (was considered soft for this .... economic prudence if you ask me) oh ... and everyone says he wasn't good on the economy, guess who hired Paul Volker the man credited with ending Reagan's recession and stagnation period, oh yes ... It was Jimmy Carter. Talk about talking the talk, contrast that with Reagan who along with GW Bush Jr are the only presidents to increase the size the nations debt , in comparison to the GDP percentage wise in the last 70 years, that's very hard to do ... Reagan scored 34th on that conservative list. So, reality, has nothing to do with FUD, and say what you want aout Obama, the guy has gotten it done, period. NOw you tell me with facts why he's a clown? I mean when the guy who is the leading candidate for the GOP, is a rich dude, who is essentially a hustler, or the white version of Don King (another GOP member) who's greatest concern is background check on the presidents birth certificate, which has been done atleast 5 billion times is the best the people on the other side of the aisle can raly around, I have to ask, who is the clown, the president, or the people?[/citation]
I will never cease to be amazed at the gross misunderstanding that people have. People blame Bush for the crap congress pulled while he was in office, and now that congress is starting to get better (still corrupt as heck, and still spending MORE despite lying about "cuts", but a step in the right direction) people are crediting Obama... he has done NOTHING. Not just nothing good, but nothing at all! For all we know, he's just sitting in the oval office playing Angry Birds all day.

I hate to burst any ultra conservative ego 's, but it is impossible for you to be elected president without proving your citizenship first.
There is 0% chance he is a foreign national. But there is a 100% chance that anyone that believes the BS about his birth certificate is very gullible. And i would really love to sell all you wonderful people some ocean front property in arizona.

btw, the president and congress are equally to blame for all things they produce during their terms.... You cant blame one side without blaming the other, and you cant praise one without praising the other.... etc...

I just hope that neither party even locks down the presidency and the white house at the same time again... We need the multi party system working like it is right now.. Where compromise and reasonable thought prevail.

You "birthers" need to get a clue and get beyond that conspiracy nonsense. Seriously, that argument has ZERO merit. If you don't like the President for credible reasons, that is fine, but the tired nonsense regarding his place of birth and religion are just that....nonsense.

Having worked with the Whitehouse Communications Agency, in the past, the old phone stuff the President was referring to has been there for a long time and was designed to withstand many threats. The bottom line is they work the way they do for a reason and changing them would cost an arm and a leg and may actually be more vulnerable than the older systems (in some ways).

HOOAH!!!

Many states allow or require some kind of religion on the birth certificate, obviously selected by their parents, and I think Hawaii is one of those states. I am not saying Barry is Muslim, but his father was if I remember correctly and I can see him believing that would be a political weakness when you are already uber-cozy with Islamic groups.

But from the perspective of someone like me, you cannot compromise with really really bad ideas simply for the sake of compromise. Compromising on a bad idea = still a bad idea.

if he wants all that crap, then he should buy it all with his giant paycheck. At moments like these is when I think, what i he doing talking about wanting more unnesesarry expensive crap when the country is trying to recover in the wrong direction after he continuosly trampled it with his dirty expensive shoes...

The appropriate phone for the president is a customised Blackberry Storm... personally I like the Curve but he should have a customised Storm ... lets call it the "Sh!tStorm" or "President".

Corporate high flyers prefer BB's ... i-phones are for girls ... they break too easy for a start.

A BB can survive a first strike ... the androids like the HTC Desire are a viable alternative ... I give them one more revision and they will be in the BB space (phones need a few iterations to iron out the bugs with the OS).

Blackberry should drop him and the chiefs one each for free ... good advertising for them.

:)

Acadia, the middle class never got a tax cut. What do you call $4 gas and $5 bacon? I call it a lie disguised as a tax cut, in true orwellian fashion. Less is more. Or, if you prefer, less for more.
