oculus rift runability

i have intel i5-4690
16 gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram
gtx 1060 6 gb

can i run occulus rift (with touch controllers)
and game some solid game on those
also i really like tilt brush by google so can i use that with my setup?

Yep, that system will run well with a Rift.

You won't be setting every game to ultra settings, but it's good enough. Tilt Brush will also run fine.
