Office 2007 Ultimate - Real or Bootleg ?

Trying to find a copy of Office 2007 Ultimate on eBay for a decent price.

Below are 2 pictures showing the Microsoft COA's from the top of the packages.

This one is Ultimate with Accounting Express 2007 Printed on the cover:

Ultimate # 1

This one is Ultimate with Accounting Express 2008 Printed on the cover:

Ultimate # 2

My question is how can I be sure these are not Bootleg copies?

To me the first one looks more official than the second but both claim to be 100% legit.

The second may be newer as it has accounting express 2008 rather than 2007.

All Microsoft software releases now have a holographic style anti-piracy label (I believe). So it makes it difficult to tell off a still photo.

What's to say the image wasn't obtained online anyway?

I was wondering this myself but most of them are like this.

I would try the second one only because of the
higher SKU number.
Possibly a newer version?

I can confirm now that these were both Original Genuine Microsoft Products.

Only in the case that in the future anyone else facing the same dilemna can do the same.

I purchased the one in the second picture that had no quotation marks on the made in Puerto Rico and it is a 100% Genuine Microsoft product.

A friend purchased the other one and he is also confirming that it's a genuine Microsoft product.

Both copies installed and validated through Microsoft.
