youtube wont play after I tried using youtube mp3 converter . and idk what to do. also Instagram videos wont play either

Could be a configuration error or something else came along with the converter software and is now causing problems.

Where did you get the youtubr(?) mp3 converter software?

Start by uninstalling the software and seeing if you can get things back to normal.
