how can i instal olympus c 765 if i dont have a pasword that was on disk packet can you help me out ?please :|....

I should read the manual carefully, should be on the disc or download it from your local Olympus support site.

In most cases you don't have to install a camera -- you just connect it using the USB cable and transfer picture to your computer by drag and drop.
